Refund policy
Returns
We have a 3-day return policy. You have 3 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be returned in the same condition you received it — unworn, unused, with original tags (if any), and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, please contact our support team at support@sipncrunch.com. Once your return is authorized, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package — and, if applicable, a prepaid return shipping label. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If your item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, contact us immediately at support@sipncrunch.com. Provide photos of the damage (if possible) and your order number so we can evaluate the issue quickly and make it right.
Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, the fastest way is to return the original item for a refund (once accepted) and place a separate order for the replacement item.
European Union — 14 Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is being shipped to an address in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt for any reason and without justification. Returned items under this right must be in the same condition as received — unused and in original packaging — and you must provide proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email to confirm receipt and whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund to your account.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return and you have not received your refund, please contact us at support@sipncrunch.com.
Shipping Costs for Returns

If the return is a result of our error (wrong item sent, defective product), we will cover the return shipping costs.

For other returns (change of mind, wrong size selected), customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method or purchasing shipping insurance for items of value. We cannot guarantee we will receive your returned item if untracked.
